Deena Johnson Lee a.k.a. The Feminist Fire Chief
Rising through the ranks to fire chief, she learned how to lead without a road map. She has navigated locker rooms, firehouses, promotions, tests, and cultures. She is dedicated to coaching, mentoring, and educating women so they won’t be left to figure it out on their own. Deena knows how isolating it can feel in a male-dominated field with unspoken rules, double standards, and the pressure to prove yourself over and over again.

Women’s Empowerment Workshops
Deena created “Support Her Strength” to encourage women to embrace their strengths and to stop just ” surviving” in male-dominated systems, but start truly thriving within them. Based in Santa Clarita, California, she host women’s empowerment workshops (in person & virtual) that foster connection, resilience, and self-discovery. These workshops help women grow stronger through shared experiences and mutual support.
